Job Description
Traditionally, the Store Manager needs to be a leader for Game Hosts. In reality, you’ll also need to be an awesome problem-solver as your responsibility will be everything AND everyone inside and around the store. We’re looking for leaders with good customer service and management skills.
Must have a degree in business/hospitality management for this escape room job. Our Assistant Store Managers are expected to perform all the same Responsibilities and possess the same Proficiencies as our Game Hosts in addition to the following:

- Train and ensure Game Hosts are high-performing.
- Encourage a positive atmosphere of teamwork.
- Independently solve dynamic challenges.
- Manage retail and supply inventory.
