TL;DRIn 2015, the design process started for what became The Escape Effect. At this time, there were no escape rooms in the area longer than 60 minutes, and most venues had guests waving their hands to get hints. We wanted to change the game, and we did just that, with our award-winning escape room experiences.
Five years ago, The Escape Effect soft-opened with what would become a staple for Orlando entertainment. Five amazing escape rooms, a fantastic staff, and over twenty accolades later, this mom & pop shop is appreciative to you for your continuing support.
Back in 2015 when we started designing The Escape Effect, there was no such thing as an escape room longer than 60 minutes around here, let alone a challenging and fun 2-hour version! Most every venue had players waving hands when hints were needed and dream on if you thought unlimited hints were a thing.
Now we’re moving into a new era and we can’t wait to see what’s in store.
